  i just saw a couple of news stories from israel.

  apparently the jw's were attempting to hold some kind of convention there, and the the town ruled against the jw's, but another court sided with the jw's and they were allowed to have their event.

  it turns out several hundred local orthodox jews turned out to protest this event, and it did turn violent at one point.

  You heard the stories of a abusive husband and now he is a JW.

  My group must have been die heart door knockers. I can only think

  of two maybe three folks that left over a period of 43 years, not

  counting the ones that's dead. I'm speaking of family and friends

  that came in around the 70's.

  Submissive or not, no woman should drive. I will tell you why.

  One morning on the freeway I looked over to my left and there was a woman

  in a brand new Ford doing 100mph, with her face up against the rear

  view mirror, putting on her eyeliner. I looked away for a couple of seconds,

  and when I looked back she was halfway over in my lane, still putting on

  her eyeliner. As a man I don't scare easily, but she scared me so much that

  I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked my McMuffin out of my hand.

  In all the confusion of trying to straighten out the car, using my knees against

  the steering wheel, it knocked my mobil phone, which fell away from my ear

  into my hot coffee which was between my legs, splashed and burned my two

  best friends , ruined the phone, soaked my trousers and disconnected an

  important call.

  So you see why I feel women should not drive period.

  Sorry, if I take a magazine with me in the restroom to read that's ok but to

  pick up a mag in a public restroom that someone left behind that's a different story.

  Who in the hell is going to take an Awake home from a public restroom.

  "in el salvador, one man tied his vicious dog in front of the door whenever he saw jehovahs witnesses nearby.

  the man would wait for the witnesses to move on, and then he would bring the dog back into the house.
